Role Summary
This role involves collaborating with Volvo's Content Engine, a global content delivery team, to enhance content efficiency and effectiveness through strategic partnership and operational excellence.
Purpose of Role
Act as a strategic partner to Volvo's in-house Content and Optimization Engine (COS), focusing on production efficiencies, content and media strategy alignment, and operational workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support proactive content production with visibility into market media plans.
- Document deviations in plans or strategies for tracking purposes.
- Partner with COS to optimize global creative templates.
Global consistency
- Ensure accurate and consistent creative setups across markets.
- Represent Content Engine's data and taxonomy needs.
- Monitor deviations affecting output and reporting.
Global performance monitoring & reporting
- Support scalable ad taxonomy logic and reporting processes.
- Monitor campaign and ad performance, providing optimization suggestions.
- Support testing and learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop creative strategies and manage testing projects.
Operational excellence for creative trafficking
- Represent Content Engine requirements in operational workstreams.
- Work with agency ops to improve trafficking workflows.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements using IPG tools.
Qualifications include a strong understanding of Volvo's brand, excellent communication skills, proven creative advertising experience, analytical skills, and familiarity with trafficking technologies.
