Job Description

Wizenco is a media agency specializing in online and offline media buying in video games, cinema, manga, comics, sports, and tech. We collaborate with prestigious brands such as Pokémon, Tencent, Crunchyroll, and Ankama.

As part of the New Vega group, the agency leverages a global ecosystem (events, PR, social media, influencers). It also manages the Paris Fan Festival, a major event in Pop Culture.

As part of our growth, Wizenco is looking for a Media Trader with strong technical expertise to join our team. Reporting directly to the management, you will be at the heart of media activation and product innovation.

You will not only ensure the proper execution and performance of advertising campaigns but also actively contribute to the development of our internal products, the automation of our processes, and the integration of new technologies.

This hybrid role, combining media activation and product development, is aimed at a candidate with strong technical skills, an interest in coding or automation, and a data-driven approach to the job.

Implementation and management of multi-channel campaigns: Social Ads, Programmatic Display, Search, Video, DOOH

Development of high-performance media strategies in collaboration with the sales team. Analysis of performance and continuous optimization of campaigns using relevant KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

Management and development of technological and commercial partnerships.

Contribution to the design, development, and optimization of internal activation and reporting tools.

Technological watch and testing of new tools, scripts, APIs, or platforms.

Advanced implementation of tracking plans: tagging plan, pixels, conversion API, server-side tracking

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Programmatic and Social media buying platforms (Xandr, DV360, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok ).

Mastery of User Acquisition strategies, especially on mobile, and advertising measurement and attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer).

In-depth understanding of martech/adtech environments and the ability to integrate new tools. Ability to analyze data and make performance-based recommendations.

Analytical and Strategic Skills

Ability to structure a data-driven approach for campaign optimization.

Critical analysis of performance, prioritization, and experimentation.

Product vision: ability to identify operational pain points and propose technical solutions.

Interpersonal and Organizational Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and partners.

Autonomy and rigor in managing campaigns and budgets.

Organization and time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for innovation and active monitoring of digital marketing trends.

Master's degree in digital marketing, data, engineering, computer science, or a hybrid education.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in media activation, ad ops, or a technical role in an advertising environment.

Interest in tech environments and product logic.
