Job Description

PMO - Facility Management

Location: Lausanne
Start date: August 2026
Contract duration: 6 months+

Key Responsibilitie:

Manage multiple facility management projects (renovation, fit-out, construction, energy initiatives)
Drive project delivery end-to-end (scope, budget, timeline, quality)
Run core PMO activities: planning, prioritisation, reporting, risk tracking
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Support digitalisation of FM tools and reporting

Required Background:

Minimum 5+ years in project management within real estate, construction, or facilitys management
Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
Experience managing complex or industrial projects
Comfortable with tools like MS Project/AutoCAD
Familiar with Swiss standards (SIA is a plus)
Fluent in French & English
