PMO - Facility Management
Location: Lausanne
Start date: August 2026
Contract duration: 6 months+

Key Responsibilitie:
- Manage multiple facility management projects (renovation, fit-out, construction, energy initiatives)
- Drive project delivery end-to-end (scope, budget, timeline, quality)
- Run core PMO activities: planning, prioritisation, reporting, risk tracking
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Support digitalisation of FM tools and reporting
- Minimum 5+ years in project management within real estate, construction, or facilitys management
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Experience managing complex or industrial projects
- Comfortable with tools like MS Project/AutoCAD
- Familiar with Swiss standards (SIA is a plus)
- Fluent in French & English
