Planning Administrator (12 Month FTC - Maternity Cover)

Location: Shercock, Co. Cavan

We're hiring a Planning Administrator to support our Live Bird Planning team for a 12 month maternity leave contract. This role involves data entry, reporting, accounts support, and assisting with weekly live bird scheduling.

What You'll Do
  • Update planning systems and issue reports
  • Complete weekly/monthly grower accounts
  • Support live bird and logistics planning
  • Liaise with growers daily to ensure accurate data
  • Assist with audits and general admin
What You'll Bring
  • Strong organisation & communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • 3rd level qualification in Business, Finance, or Agriculture
  • Accuracy, attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
  • Team-focused with a positive, proactive approach
