Job Description
Planning Administrator (12 Month FTC - Maternity Cover) 
Location: Shercock, Co. Cavan
We're hiring a Planning Administrator to support our Live Bird Planning team for a 12 month maternity leave contract. This role involves data entry, reporting, accounts support, and assisting with weekly live bird scheduling.
What You'll Do- Update planning systems and issue reports
- Complete weekly/monthly grower accounts
- Support live bird and logistics planning
- Liaise with growers daily to ensure accurate data
- Assist with audits and general admin
- Strong organisation & communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
- 3rd level qualification in Business, Finance, or Agriculture
- Accuracy, attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
- Team-focused with a positive, proactive approach
Gain hands on experience in planning, logistics and administration within a dynamic food manufacturing environment.
