• Proven Leadership: 10+ years in software development, 5+ years leading multiple teams and managers.
• Technical Depth: Experience building distributed, real-time, or networking-heavy software systems.
• Domain Expertise: Preferred background in remote connectivity or real-time streaming technologies.
• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into products or engineering workflows.
• Security Mindset: Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance frameworks.
• Zero-Trust & Compliance: Strong understanding of zero-trust security principles and enterprise compliance requirements.
• Influence & Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to executives and stakeholders.

• Shape the Future of Remote Connectivity by leading engineering teams behind the connectivity foundation of TeamViewer Remote, Tensor, and ONE.
• Define and execute the roadmap for Remote Access & Control-low-latency streaming, secure connectivity, and cross-platform performance.
• Embed AI/ML into product features and engineering workflows for smarter, adaptive experiences and faster troubleshooting.
• Oversee distributed, real-time systems architecture; ensure reliability, security, and performance at global scale.
• Implement secure-by-design principles and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering leaders; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Partner with Product, Security, and Operations to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, and incident response; optimize for speed without sacrificing stability.
