- Driving Success - Monitor budgets, payroll, and resources to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Empowering Teams - Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
- Making a Difference - Ensure smooth deployment of staff and uphold contract requirements to maintain the integrity of Southwark's public spaces.
- Leadership & Management Experience - Minimum 3 years leading diverse teams and inspiring performance.
- Analytical & Organised - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to present to senior management and manage KPIs.
- Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in MS Office and experience in data collection and analysis.
- Problem-Solver - Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Licensed Driver - Full, clean UK driving licence required.
