About You
You are a highly experienced professional with over 15 years in the upstream Oil & Gas industry, including 6 to 10 years in a similar materials or logistics supervisory role. Your expertise lies in materials coordination and inventory control for drilling and wells operations. You have proven proficiency in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Microsoft Office tools, and ideally hold an SAP certification. You're an effective communicator, fluent in English, with the ability to work cross-functionally in multicultural and dynamic environments. Your strong HSEQ leadership and deep understanding of stock and material control best practices set you apart. French or other language skills are a bonus.
About the Role
As Material Supervisor, you will support the development of the project's Drilling & Wells team through robust materials management and inventory control. You'll lead HSEQ compliance, develop material retention plans, manage SAP MM operations, and ensure seamless collaboration with QAQC, logistics, procurement, and technical admin teams. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, handling purchase requisitions, overseeing stock movements, and supporting licensing and certification for specialized equipment. Your role will begin in Paris (resident basis) and transition to project location (rotational basis), aligning with the ramp-up to First Oil in Q4 2027.
