Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective governance by organizing and managing steering committees, ensuring strategic alignment, timely decision-making, and clear communication among stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
• Design and implement performance measurement frameworks by producing, analyzing, and tracking KPIs to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, while applying best practices in project management to drive successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

An ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented professional with strong governance and stakeholder management skills, experienced in leading steering committees and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They possess solid project management expertise, capable of driving initiatives from planning through execution. Proficient in Power BI, they can effectively develop, track, and report on performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making and continuous service improvement.
