Responsibilities:
• Producing design calculations and technical drawings
• Leading and mentoring CAD technicians & junior designers
• Preparing project scopes, reports, and specifications
• Ensuring design changes and M&E design packages are fully implemented
• Supporting hydraulic and mechanical design across various projects

Skills and Experience for the Mechanical Design Engineer role:

• 10+ years of design experience in the water industry
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic design, mechanical design, and control systems
• Have a Degree or HND qualification in a relevant field
• Proficient IT skills and familiarity with design software
• Registered with a professional body and working towards chartership or desire to work towards
