Role Overview:

As PMO Lead at WM Reply, you will be the central force driving project governance, delivery assurance, and operational excellence across multiple client engagements. You will work closely withproject managers, consultants, technical leads, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible resourcing and for creating and embedding best practices, managing risks, and enabling continuous improvement across the Project Management capability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and champion project governance frameworks aligned with WM Reply's methodologies.
  • Ensure a consistent and standardised approach to project delivery and quality assurance.
  • Oversee resource management, capacity planning, and resource allocation in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
  • Monitor project health and adherence to standards through regular health checks and review of project outputs (e.g., highlight reports, RAID logs).
  • Create, update, and manage project management checklists, frameworks, templates, and delivery success metrics.
  • Maintain visibility across all active projects, proactively identifying delivery risks and resource bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate project kick-off sessions, retrospectives, and lessons learned, serving as an escalation point for delivery issues.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and reports, ensuring timely, consolidated feedback loops for client deliverable sign-off.

  • Maintains a client-centric mindset, tailoring delivery approaches and balancing agility with structure.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; highly organized, innovative, proficient with Microsoft 365 (including Copilot); Prince 2 and Scrum Master qualifications desired.
