Change Management Specialist OCM

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Change Management Specialist (OCM), to establish change as part of a large Digital Transformation program, for one of our key Manufacturing clients.

Change Management Specialist OCM requirements:

* Good demonstrable experience in Organizational Change Management.
* Strong understanding of PROSCI change frameworks.
* Proven ability to work independently eg. on stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
* Experience supporting digital transitions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
* Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.

Change Management Specialist OCM details:

• Start: February/March 2026
• Location: Budapest (Hybrid)
• Duration: 6 months initially with possibility of extension
