We are looking for a Junior Project Developer. The position belongs to the Strategy and M&A Area. The employee will report directly to the Strategy and M&A Lead.
MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The main function will be to provide support in the origination, development and negotiation of merger and acquisition opportunities:
- Prepare financial and sectorial analysis.
- Carry out company valuations and prepare standard documents related to M&A processes.
- Contribute to the identification potential business opportunities.
- Provide support to mergers and acquisition team and provide analytical support to all aspects of the opportunity.
- Develop the financial models of the target business to facilitate their valuation and the decision-making process.
- Support the due diligence process by coordinating several workstreams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
- Master's degree in M&A or MBA would be valued.
- Previous experience in internships or junior positions within M&A, investment banking or strategic consulting.
- High English level, at least C1
- Knowledge in financial modeling, company valuation, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Experience: Min 2 years of experience in Strategy / Management consulting or Corporate Strategy function within large energy companies.
