BMC is a business and marketing consulting company with over 27 years of experience. They have offices in Latin America, Europe, and the United States, from which they assist several of the world's largest global companies with their growth strategies (e.g., Moët Hennessy, Danone, Bacardi, Lindt, Google, Essity, Coca-Cola, BBVA, Natura).
The Junior Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting, analysing, supporting, and executing operations for various projects in collaboration with BMC's teams across sectors such as consumer goods, food and beverage, services, luxury, and technology. He/she must be a team player, curious, and passionate about learning consumer behaviour, trends, and strategy. He/she will join a multicultural team working on branding, strategy, and innovation projects, translating client needs into concrete proposals using innovative and
disruptive methodologies.
Responsibilities:
The Junior Analyst will be based in Madrid. He/she will engage in regular interactions across different levels of the hierarchy.
He/she will also receive support from BMC's creative and project teams in Madrid and the international network of collaborators. His/her responsibilities will be:
• Collaborate in crafting insightful content based on project briefings.
• Analyse and research to provide business insights for client strategy.
• Explore cultural insights.
• Craft inspiring client and internal presentations.
• Coordinate consultancy project proposals and delivery.
Skills required for the position:
This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work with international, first-class brands and clients. No direct experience is required; however, volunteering, internships, and work & travel experiences are highly valued.
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Sociology, Business, Management, political science, philosophy, or art history.
• You are a team player, curious, and passionate.
• You are eager to learn about consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and strategy.
• You have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.

• You are fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
