A digital health company is seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the development of solutions that enhance how people engage with healthcare services online.

The Role
As Technical Lead, you'll guide the end-to-end development of new and existing web and mobile applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers, you'll ensure technical strategy aligns with the business vision and drives real user value.

- Oversee the full software development life cycle, including planning, coding, code reviews, testing, and deployment
- Provide clear technical leadership across Front End, Back End, and DevOps disciplines
- Ensure all systems meet performance, reliability, and security best practices
- Mentor team members and foster a strong engineering culture
- Support CI/CD pipeline optimisation and infrastructure as code standards
- Coordinate with third-party partners when integrating external services or platforms
- Take ownership of incident response and production stability across supported products
Tech Stack & Skills We're Looking For:
- We're open to strong candidates with a focus on either Front End or Back End but ideally with a solid grasp of full-stack systems.
- Experience with digital health or regulated industries is a bonus, but not essential.
- Deep knowledge of React, React Native, or Next.js for modern Front End development
- Strong Back End skills in .NET/C# and API architecture
- Experience with event-driven systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling such as Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of security protocols, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data protection best practices
- Solid grasp of scalable architecture, SOLID principles, and clean coding standards
- Experience with observability tools (eg Grafana, Loki) and automated testing frameworks
- Comfortable working in agile, cooperative teams with product-first thinking
