Hybrid Customer Service Advisor (6-Month Fixed Term)

Brook Street in Brighton is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone, email and online channels, and delivering accurate information with a focus on problem-solving.

The role includes 4 weeks of office-based training, after which a hybrid working arrangement is available; 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
