Global Customer Service Specialist - Hybrid

DPD is seeking an International Customer Service Specialist to join the Oldbury Hub. This full-time role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) with a 37.5-hour week.

You will handle delivery inquiries, resolve issues and deliver a world-class service in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication, rapport building and the ability to work under pressure while meeting KPIs and maintaining accuracy.
