HR Ops Specialist: Payroll, Compliance & Experience

Paramount Pictures is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations function in London. You will manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, resolve tier 2 queries, and support payroll, reporting, and policy reviews to ensure SLAs are met.

You will work with HR Partners, payroll, and COEs to deliver accurate operational support and a best-in-class employee experience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
