The Role

Own and grow enterprise customer relationships while helping build a best-in-class Customer Success function.

You'll sit at the centre of customers, product, and engineering driving adoption, value, and long-term growth.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic enterprise SaaS relationships
• Drive platform adoption & value realisation
• Partner with product & engineering to shape customer outcomes
• Build and scale Customer Success frameworks
• Bring structure to a fast-moving, high-growth environment

• Enterprise Customer Success experience (SaaS, AI, or data platforms)
• Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
• Comfortable in ambiguity
• able to create structure where it doesn't exist
• Experience scaling Customer Success = big plus
