Hours: Monday to Friday, either 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00

Are you organised, detail oriented, and looking to gain valuable experience in Health & Safety within a fast paced warehouse environment?
We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Warehouse Administrator to join a busy distribution site on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Health & Safety while supporting day to day compliance and site safety activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses (NMIA) by gathering relevant documentation and assisting with the completion of follow up actions.
- Prepare and distribute daily updates relating to the previous day's NMIA reports.
- Carry out filing, scanning, and document control to maintain accurate Health & Safety records.
- Conduct site safety tours and hazard spotting, reporting any findings appropriately.
- Support the Health & Safety team with general administrative duties.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and an internal Safety & Training database (full training will be provided).
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An interest in Health & Safety or administration within a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
- £13.13 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working pattern - no weekends.
- 9 month fixed term contract with an immediate start.
- Full training on internal systems and processes.
