Head of Platform & Workplace Engineering

Funding Circle in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Platform & Workplace Engineering Director to lead Cloud Platform and Enterprise Services. You will set technical direction, hire and define performance standards across two engineering teams, and align IT as an engineering discipline.

You will drive reliability, cost-efficiency, and automation, track key metrics, and serve as a senior escalation point for major incidents, informing the VP and stakeholders.
