Head of Customer Engagement - Remote Credit Union Leader

Wellington IT in Ireland/UK is seeking a Head of Customer Engagement to shape and execute the customer engagement strategy across the existing base. You will lead a team of BDMs, driving satisfaction, retention, and advocacy for credit union clients while ensuring a cohesive, cross-functional approach.

You will own forecasting, engagement metrics, and marketing communications to align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Travel for industry events and onsite visits is possible.
