The college is seeking a proactive Functional Skills Lecturer on a long-term temporary basis with a September start. The successful candidate will deliver Functional Skills Maths & English to post-16 learners, working with a range of abilities and using engaging teaching methods to drive achievement and build confidence.

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)
• Experience delivering Functional Skills in an FE or similar setting
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths & English
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• The ability to motivate and engage learners effectively
• A flexible and proactive approach
