Freelance Product Costing Financial Analayst (ZZP)

We are searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Analyst to join our client's team. This role is crucial for the accurate calculation and analysis of COGS, ensuring the company's financial health and strategic decision-making. As a COGS Analyst, you will play a vital role in the annual operating plan and quarterly price updates.

Responsibilities

• Calculate accurate COGS in SAP for the Annual Operating Plan 2026 and quarterly price updates of Q4 2025.

• Collect price inputs and information for COGS calculations, calculate standard prices, analyze the results, challenge discrepancies and clarify variances.

• Collaborate closely with the Global Product Costing team to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to tight deadlines during key business planning cycles.

• Prepare clear communication of results and analysis for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling

• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Controlling/FP&A, in an FMCG environment

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel

• Fluency in English (both written and oral)

• Prior experience in Product Costing is strongly preferred

• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Procurement is advantageous

• Independence and result-orientation
