Your role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Channel Expert to lead the growth and optimization of our digital touchpoints at the group level. In this pivotal role, you will drive digital business success by enhancing traffic, engagement, and revenue across websites and apps, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital initiatives. Your main focus will be to:
- Drive the digital business growth by boosting traffic, acquisition, increasing engagement, conversion and digital revenue across our digital touchpoints ie. websites and apps in our different product lines (Consumption+Health+Finance+Legal) / business units.
- Work cross-functionally with our local and group Marketing, Editorial, Digital and IT teams & product lines / business units to deliver initiatives that support digital growth, e-commerce opportunities, and content monetization in our digital channels.
- Translate commercial & product lines needs into initiatives and delivery plans for potential new digital products, features or services, working in close collaboration with the rest of the Digital Channels team and the Digital Innovation team.
- Work in strong collaboration with product lines / business units, countries and IT to develop, plan and execute digital products, features and services.
- Manage technical or business service suppliers related to key initiatives and projects within Digital Channels department.
Other key responsibilities
- Propose and lead plans to drive the performance of all owned digital channels (websites, mobile, apps), to deliver an engaging user experience that generates high conversion potential - new offerings, new services but also existing ones.
- Collaborate with editorial, content, Marketing & Digital teams to suggest content discoverability or monetization strategies enhancing digital channel goals.
- Work across departmental teams and projects to properly prioritize and communicate on key initiatives and projects in terms of scope, deliverables, timelines, risk mitigation.
- Suggest A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and UX improvements to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels, define and align action plans with UX and CRO group experts.
- Set, track and report KPIs in collaboration with product lines and countries commercial owners. Monitor, analyze, and package improvement plans on key KPIs related to traffic acquisition, content engagement, lead generation, subscription growth, and digital sales.
- Ensure tagging and data tracking is correctly implemented for actionable insights in coordination with SEO and analytics teams.
- Liaise with IT on the evolution of websites components and features to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the longer-term roadmap for digital initiatives such as personalization, new monetization models or platforms enhancements.
About you
- More than 5 years of experience in digital product management, digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally in the publishing, media, or content industry.
- Strong understanding of website performance metrics, SEO, user behaviour, and conversion optimization.
- Familiar with tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms.
- Familiar with AI-assisted content delivery, recommendation engines, or personalization platforms.
- Experience in digital engagement, conversion optimization and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Collaborative and organized, able to work across multiple specialty teams.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
