The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the UK Senior FP&A Manager and play a key role in delivering financial insights that support operational decisions, budget optimisation, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for forecasting, variance analysis, performance reporting, and partnering with stakeholders across finance, marketing, and data analytics.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that spans both UK and global responsibilities, offering direct exposure to senior leadership. You'll support core processes such as month-end close, cost centre reviews, and dashboard reporting, while helping drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and financial visibility. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modelling skills with attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Taking part in:

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in a relatable role within a finance function
• Requirement to hold or working towards a professional accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and GSuite equivalents)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business metrics
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves

• Experience within FP&A in a Global environment would be an advantage
• Experience with systems (Tableau, ThinkCell & SAP) would be an advantage
• Experience with implementing new systems would be an advantage

• Peer Review (1 hour on site) - Here you will meet more members of the team to discuss your experience and your motivation along with an opportunity to ask any questions directly to the team
