Location: Brussels, Belgium or Remote (excluding UK & Germany) Full-Time Life Sciences / Pharma

What You'll Do:

• Shape and support the global RWE strategy and tactical plans across early-stage programs.
• Design and execute global RWE studies using real-world data to generate insights that inform R&D, regulatory, and market access decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, commercial, and market access.
• Partner with external vendors and guide protocol development and analysis planning.
• Interpret and communicate study results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovate with advanced analytics and digital pharmacoepidemiology approaches.

What We're Looking For:

• Ph.D. or Master's in epidemiology, biostatistics, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RWE study design and delivery; 2+ years in strategic RWE planning.
• Strong knowledge of US and European healthcare systems and large healthcare databases.
• Proven ability to influence drug development and clinical trial design through RWE.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience in dermatology or respiratory therapeutic areas is a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-omics data and integrated evidence generation is a bonus.
