Data & Process Intelligence Consultant - Celonis(MPMX)/Qliksense

We're looking for a Data & Process Intelligence Consultant to join a major banking transformation programme focused on improving how the bank operates using data and technology. This programme is all about using process mining and advanced analytics to uncover inefficiencies and drive smarter decision-making.

In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing real business use cases using Celonis MPMX, helping the bank get the most out of the platform, and ensuring best practices are followed across teams. You'll also guide and mentor the internal team working with MPMX and QlikSense, helping them build their own insights and reports. When technical challenges arise, you'll be there to provide hands-on support.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in Celonis (MPMX), ideally within a business or operational context, and who is comfortable sharing knowledge and enabling others. Experience with QlikSense, especially in building dashboards and maintaining analytics content, is a major plus.

This is a full-time, freelance position with long-term prosperity. The main office HQs are located across the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). You must be located in one of these locations to be considered.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving programme. We need someone who can hit the ground running and start making a difference from day one.
