Location: LACS, Cascais (Portugal)

Employment Type: Onsite (2 remote days/week after 6-month probation)

Contract Type: 12-month contract with potential for renewal

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

About the Role

Our client is, a fast-growing superfood company, are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of their finance operations from the ground up. You'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting business strategy through insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and account for invoices, payments, and expenses in compliance with tax regulations
• Reconcile current accounts (clients and suppliers)
• Upload and manage payments via home banking
• Provide support for financial and administrative matters
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Conduct trial balance analysis and prepare financial statements
• Prepare and present regular cash flow reports to support business decisions
• Assist in developing and improving internal financial reporting tools
• Handle routine finance-related administrative and compliance tasks

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Portuguese financial operations
• Solid understanding of invoice processing, account reconciliation, and treasury management
