Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards.

Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance, leveraging the ISS Integrated Service Model for efficiency and a safe workplace.

To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against the budget.

Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships.

Strategize, plan, and implement all business processes and procedures that align with the operational requirements of the hospital.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management (FM) discipline.
  • At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management and facilities management.
  • An ability to manage and lead a team effectively and excellent communication skills to engage with customers, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
