About the role

We operate the UK's only flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network, providing the best experience to our customers through buying, warehousing, picking, and distributing products daily.

We are recruiting Site Engineers to ensure first-class maintenance services at the Hoddesdon sites, adhering to legislative requirements and meeting KPIs & SLAs.

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring all plant, systems, infrastructure, and equipment operate optimally with minimal downtime
• Being the first point of contact for maintenance issues
• Responding to major equipment breakdowns
• Managing budgets with the Facilities Team
• Ensuring legal compliance for maintenance
• Managing Facilities 3rd party contractors
• Attending meetings to review, plan, and prioritize activities

You will need

• TEC/City & Guilds or equivalent apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical or building services
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Practical skills and good diagnostic/problem-solving abilities
• Experience with heavy lifting, working at heights, and using power tools
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Experience in a logistics environment with multi-temperature storage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
