Teaching Personnel are working with a client school in Lytham St Annes (FY8) to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. The Head would like the Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible, working Monday Friday until the end of the academic year. To be considered for this role, experience working in an education setting is required and EYFS experience is beneficial. You must be dedicated to supporting learning, display an optimistic attitude and encourage children's learning and development continually.

This 1 form entry School is looking for a TA that can build strong relationships with staff, and parents in a supportive environment. The school is looking for a dedicated practitioner to provide support across the EYFS.

• Deliver small group activities in phonics
• Provide teacher support and interventions where necessary
