DRAM Memory - IC Design

Recruiting for a DRAM Memory Expert, to work on a brand new, cutting edge design and architecture for and AI chip.

€100-150k (dependent on experience) - exceptional candidates will be taken into consideration.

• MUST HAVE - Extensive experience with various RAM types (e.g., SRAM, DDR, MRAM, HBM).
• DDR4 / DDR5
• DRAM systems / DRAM controller design
• ASIC - IC design, development and architecture experience
• Detailed understanding of PPA - power, performance and optimisation/area
• Degree, Masters and/or PhD in Micro-Electronics
• EU working rights
• Remote / flexible / hybrid working is available - IF you are qualified in DRAM chip design & architecture
