The Role: The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to close opportunities successfully.

As a Domestic Solar PV Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating, developing and converting a pipeline of residential Solar PV opportunities. You will engage directly with homeowners, guiding them on the range of SEAI grants available (One Stop Shops, CEGs and Solar-only projects), providing practical, tailored advice bespoke to the individual's needs.

You will be a clear communicator, have strong attention to detail and be a results-focused individual, comfortable working independently while remaining accountable for KPI's.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance will be measured against defined KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates and pipeline activity.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to signed contract, providing a thorough handover to our design and project management teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, effective and regular communication.
  • Provide recommendations for installations based on the customers' requirements.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotation packs for clients, guiding them through our internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, including pipeline forecasting and weekly sales reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Attend various marketing shows, seminars and events as required.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally from a Solar PV or associated sales background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Solar PV and battery storage knowledge/experience is a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
