The Role: The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to close opportunities successfully.
As a Domestic Solar PV Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating, developing and converting a pipeline of residential Solar PV opportunities. You will engage directly with homeowners, guiding them on the range of SEAI grants available (One Stop Shops, CEGs and Solar-only projects), providing practical, tailored advice bespoke to the individual's needs.
You will be a clear communicator, have strong attention to detail and be a results-focused individual, comfortable working independently while remaining accountable for KPI's.

Key Responsibilities- Performance will be measured against defined KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates and pipeline activity.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to signed contract, providing a thorough handover to our design and project management teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, effective and regular communication.
- Provide recommendations for installations based on the customers' requirements.
- Prepare and present accurate quotation packs for clients, guiding them through our internal processes.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, including pipeline forecasting and weekly sales reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Attend various marketing shows, seminars and events as required.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally from a Solar PV or associated sales background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Solar PV and battery storage knowledge/experience is a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
