Data Scientist-Banking

Data Scientist-Banking vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Supporting data analytics and Business Intelligence initiatives, with a focus on Internal Fraud
• Designing, developing, validating, implementing, and monitoring predictive models
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to design quantitative solutions using various analytical principles
• Creating and maintaining relevant documentation
• Assessing and managing change requests raised by the business
• Executing regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong banking experience with a focus on compliance, risk management, and legal
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a project environment
• Master or Bachelor's degree in STEM fields, economics, or banking and finance
• Strong database programming skills (eg, SQL)
• Proficient in programming (eg, Python)
• Language skills: Fluent in English
