Job Description

On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Luxembourg, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Junior PMO - Project Coordination - Reporting Alfresco Sharepoint CLLS (f/m/x) financial area Luxembourg

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • The Junior PMO will support a strategic project under the portfolio of our client focused on designing a new lending solution leveraging ToT (Transfer of Title) mechanics.

The role will be Embedded in the Business Management team and work closely with Product Owners, IT, and external consultants.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Coordination: Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on action items across workstreams (eg, legal, tax, IT, product).
    • Governance & Reporting: Assist in preparing materials for the CLLS Project & Enhancement Board and SteerCo meetings. Maintain project artefacts in Alfresco and ensure compliance with CPMO documentation standards.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate onboarding, budget tracking, and deliverables.
    • Documentation & Compliance: Track project charters, closedown reports, and audit deliverables. Ensure alignment with CLLS governance and regulatory expectations.
    • Support Product Delivery: Contribute to the preparation of RFPs, legal impact assessments, and business case documentation for the ToT lending solution.

Mandatory skills and experiences:

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, ideally in financial services or securities lending
  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks and tools (eg Alfresco, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with regulatory or tax-related projects is a plus
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

Additional information:

  • Start date of assignment: 15.10.2025
  • Initial contract duration: 31.12.2025 (the last day of this engagement will be 19. December. Just in case of a potential extension the contract duration is until 31.12.2025)
  • Degree of employment: Full-time
  • Location: Luxembourg
  • Remote: 30%
