Location: 106 Dyke Road, Seven Dials, Brighton, BN1 3JD.
Pay: £13.04 per hour. Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, part time 3 month temporary contract. Working pattern includes varied shifts: early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) with at least one weekend shift, to be discussed at interview.
As a Customer Team Member you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You'll provide great service on the tills and shop floor and perform a wide range of other tasks around the store such as re stocking shelves and cleaning spillages. You will work in our in store bakery.
Responsibilities- Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co op products and Membership, work in the in store bakery and endeavour to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better - support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Ensure the store is safe and legal - keep shelves stocked, and make sure prices, dates and temperatures are correct.
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
