Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email
  • Assisting customers through Live Chat
  • Providing support via WhatsApp
  • Managing and responding to Trustpilot reviews
  • Engaging with customers across social media platforms
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, delivering exceptional support and building positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers, with a strong customer first mindset and the ability to empathise with a range of situations.
  • Confidence using a variety of systems and platforms, including customer service software, Sage, email, Trustpilot and social media channels.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • The ability to multitask and manage enquiries across multiple communication channels in a fast paced environment.
  • A professional, friendly and approachable manner with a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to learn, embrace feedback and continuously develop your skills.
  • Confidence representing the business by attending face to face meetings with customers when required.
