Job Description
Direct365 in Skelmersdale is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for a full-time, Monday-Friday role. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, help resolve enquiries, and update records in our CRM while delivering great service.
You'll join a friendly contact centre team, receive training, and benefit from discounts, ILM training, and a range of staff benefits. 37.5 hours weekly with no evenings or weekends.
