Location: Surrey
Pay: £850 - £925 per week
Contract: Full-time (5 days per week)
We are working with a high-performing and well-respected secondary school in Surrey that is looking to appoint a confident and dedicated Cover Supervisor with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). This is a full-time opportunity within a school known for its strong leadership, inclusive ethos, and commitment to academic excellence and student development.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education during teacher absences. This is a dynamic and varied position where you will:

Lead whole-class supervision across a range of subjects and key stages

Deliver structured, pre-planned lessons while adapting delivery to suit different learners

Maintain a calm, purposeful, and productive classroom environment

Uphold the school's strong behaviour policy and high expectations at all times

Support students in staying engaged, motivated, and focused on their learning

Build positive relationships with students and staff, contributing to the wider school community

Provide detailed feedback on student progress, engagement, and behaviour

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

Experience working within a secondary school setting

Full right to work in the UK (this role is not suitable for candidates requiring sponsorship)
