What you'll be doing:

• Building strong relationships with clients and fully understanding their needs.
• Leading tender preparation, reviewing, and assessing bid documentation.
• Developing bid strategies and ensuring operational, design, and commercial alignment.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Leading client meetings, negotiations, and finalising contracts.
• Providing expert technical advice to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain.
• Staying up to date with market trends and emerging technologies.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in Electrical Building Services and MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and contract management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Qualified in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or Building Services.
