Are you a Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality installations on fast-paced projects?

We're hiring on behalf of a growing operations team for a Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver high-rise residential fit-out developments across the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone based in the West London area who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is ready to take full ownership of site delivery from planning through to handover.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading installations with a strong focus on customer service excellence
• Driving Health & Safety compliance across multiple sites
• Managing labour resourcing to meet demanding project schedules
• Upholding quality control to ensure best-in-class installations
• Scheduling fitter teams using internal IT systems
• Managing snagging and quality assurance close-outs
• Ensuring site teams are fully certified (CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS)

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in kitchen installations
• A confident, clear communicator
• Highly organised and self-driven
• Able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Comfortable using IT systems and managing schedules
• Presentable and professional on and off site
• Full UK driving licence required
