Site manager for a 'Swanky' office fit-out based in the centre of London. Value of £4 million.

Required experience

• Commercial office fit out experience
• Site Management experience
• Previously worked for a fit out, refurbishment contractor
• Able to manage Sub contractors effectively
• Strong Health and Safety Culture

Qualifications

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme )
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid at Work
