Are you a Social Media Manager with an impeccable eye for luxury fashion, a passion for content creation, and the ambition to elevate a brand's digital presence? This is your chance to shape the online voice of contemporary luxury womenswear label based in the heart of London.

For over a decade, this brand has crafted versatile luxury collections defined by a distinctive design signature. From refined wardrobe staples to statement-making silhouettes, the brand blends structured tailoring with soft separates and cleanly-cut dresses to create timeless, elevated pieces that inspire.

As the brand expands their digital footprint, we're seeking a talented Content & Social Media Manager to drive community engagement, craft compelling narratives and produce high-impact content across platforms. This role is key to maintaining the integrity of the brand's visual identity while driving engagement, visibility and R.O.I

The Role:
  • Own the global social strategy - from planning to execution - with a focus on targeted growth and engagement
  • Create standout content - including reels, stories, and campaign visuals that bring the brand's collections to life
  • Collaborate with the right influencers and our PR team to build authentic brand buzz
  • Support on shoots and events, helping shape seasonal campaigns and IRL brand moments
  • Design branded assets for organic and paid content
  • Analyse performance to turn content into measurable impact & feed back R.O.I
About You:
  • 4+ years of experience in content and social media, ideally with a luxury womenswear fashion or similar luxury accessories/lifestyle brand, where you have made a tangible difference
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on flair and sharp execution skills
  • Happy to work autonomously and in collaboration with a wider team, including Ecommerce Manager
  • Strong grasp of social platforms, tools, and performance metrics
  • Naturally curious as to luxury trends & contemporary luxury fashion-aware
  • Experience working with influencers and creating polished brand visuals
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) ideal, but not a dealbreaker
  • We can discuss the Instagram feeds that you currently manage or have managed recently - we want to see your eye for content, luxury handwriting and your attention to detail
Package:
  • £40,000-£50,000 Basic depending on experience
  • Private medical insurance
  • Company pension
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas break
  • Be part of a tight-knit, dynamic, creative team shaping a contemporary luxury fashion brand that women love!
