Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload encompassing all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments, investments, and landlord and tenant matters.
- Work closely with senior practitioners to deliver high-quality legal advice.
- Engage proactively in business development activities to nurture existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth within key sectors.
- Ensure compliance with information security protocols as well as all firm policies and procedures in every aspect of your work.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends affecting commercial property law to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills by managing competing priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all documentation and communications.
- At least 6 months experience gained in either Commercial or Residential Property with a keen interest in Property matters.
- A strong academic background evidencing intellectual rigour combined with practical problem-solving abilities relevant to complex transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels as well as build trusted relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
