Cloud & AI Engineer - Sao Paulo - 12 months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for three Cloud & AI Engineers (Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Lead Engineer level) with strong experience in Microsoft Azure, Generative AI, and Cloud-Native Solutions for an exciting transformation programme.

Our client is building next-generation AI-enabled enterprise solutions and is seeking Cloud & AI professionals who can drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge cloud-native AI platforms. Candidates should possess strong Azure expertise, hands-on DevOps experience, and a passion for delivering innovative, business-focused AI solutions.

Cloud & AI Engineer Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience within Cloud Engineering, AI Engineering, or related IT disciplines.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions using:
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions from proof-of-concept through to production environments.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and security-by-design practices.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using:
  • GitHub Actions
  • Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications and cloud ecosystems.
• Excellent understanding of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a research-driven engineering mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Scientists, AI/ML teams, Enterprise Architecture, Operations, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Build scalable and secure AI platforms leveraging commercial and open-source AI models.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning through Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Optimise AI workloads for scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Ensure cloud solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and cybersecurity standards.
• Stay current with the latest developments in Azure, AI, Machine Learning, and DevOps technologies.
• Mentor and support engineering teams (Senior & Lead-level positions).

Role: Cloud & AI Engineers (1 Lead, 1 Senior, 1 Engineer)
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months + extensions
Rate: Competitive market rates (dependent on experience)
