Job Description
Overview 
Clerk of Works / Construction Supervisor job in Belper on high-end residential construction. Fixed Term Contract.
Qualifications- Formal qualifications are desirable, although strong practical construction experience and proven site inspection ability will be particularly important for this Clerk of Works / Construction Supervisor role.
- ICWCI membership or working towards membership would be advantageous.
- CIOB, RICS or similar professional membership would be beneficial.
- Construction-related HNC, HND, degree or equivalent technical qualification would be desirable.
- Trade background with substantial site-based residential construction experience may also be suitable.
- CSCS card or equivalent site certification may be required.
