Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Digital Focus
Location: Cruquius, Netherlands (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

to drive growth through data-driven marketing, customer-centric strategies, and a strong digital
presence.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, digital-first Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our marketing efforts. This executive role combines strategic vision, data-driven decision making, and team leadership to elevate Noovy's brand and accelerate business growth across the European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute Noovy's overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, and demand generation initiatives.
- Digital Growth & Acquisition: Drive online lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion through SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and other digital channels.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Performance & Analytics: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Brand & Communications: Oversee corporate messaging, PR, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen Noovy's market presence, efficiently, and oversee agency/vendor relationships.
- Collaboration with Executive Team: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals and customer satisfaction.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to maintain Noovy's competitive edge.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably SaaS or B2B tech) and within hospitality industry.
- Proven success in driving digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, analytics tools, and performance measurement.
- Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a
- Passion for technology, innovation, and customer-centric marketing.
